We are happy to work with you so that you get value for the money that you are investing in your dog’s education. We want you to succeed!
If your dog is aggressive towards people and/or dogs, a group class may not be appropriate. In this case, class fees will be applied to a one-time in-home behavior consultation with Pet Works.
Checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $30 processing fee.
For Courteous Canines, and JumpStart:
Your space in class is considered reserved upon receipt of payment in cash, check or money order.
Cancellations received less than one week prior to the start date are subject to a $20 processing fee.
Cancellations received after the first week of class (Information Session) and prior to the second week of class are subject to a $25 processing fee.
After the second week of class, class fees are non-refundable. If unforeseen circumstances occur that make it impossible for you to complete the program, and you have attended less than half the classes, you can receive a 50% credit towards another Pet Works program. You must contact Lynn Broderick within two weeks of the first absence to receive this credit.
For Steppin’ Up:
Due to the extreme flexibility of the Steppin’ Up program, class fees are non-refundable. Withdrawals received after attendance at the Information Session and prior to the third class will receive a credit towards another Pet Works training class, minus a $30 processing fee.
If unforeseen circumstances occur that make it impossible for you to complete the program within six months of your initial start date, a nominal extension fee may be imposed. Please contact Pet Works as soon as possible to discuss this option.
